Zawakawa Forging Industry Co., Ltd. is a company engaged in the manufacturing of cold-forged bearing products, machining of hydraulic pump parts, and the production of aluminum machined products. We would like to introduce our achievements in developing a special fixture for thin-walled lathe machining that realizes high-precision processing. 《Issue: "Deformation due to Chuck Pressure"》 When machining thin-walled products with a three-jaw chuck, the shape of the product deforms due to the chuck pressure.
